Independent film, immersive theatre, opera, festivals and events. With every project I am a part of, it is my passion to successfully achieve goals through innovative ideas, especially in the face of budget limitations.

 

Alchemy is something I take very seriously, and I prioritise recycling materials used within every set I create. I aim to limit waste where ever possible, ensuring set pieces and materials go on to be used recycled in another film or stage production. I hardly ever visit the tip, and if I do, its usually to pick something up!

To create this infinite world of mazes, I had to design a set which could be completely flexible, including carpets, walls and ceilings.

 To ensure flexibility without compromising on aesthetic, I created a series of almost identical cubicles, with individual ceiling panels to accompany each respective cube or wall. This would then enable Directors Jonny Moore and Leonora Lin-Moore, to manipulate the identical cubicles at will, into a series of mind-bending corridors and configurations.

 

The entire set consisting of 24 doors, 5 walls, 32 cubicles and over 40 adjustable ceiling panels is by far the largest set I've designed, standing 23 Metres long by16 metres wide.

​I provide a wealth of scenic painting techniques including spraying, 

stencilling, faux effects, texture, and ageing. I am able to interpret designs and work well under pressure to meet a deadline.

​

 

I understand the importance of continuity and have a keen eye for detail. I am aware of the dos and don'ts when dressing and have experience with Sci fi, Drama and period Western.

I'm experienced in dressing Lead Dancers and Principles. I have a strong knowledge of period clothing and fastenings. I work on a freelance basis and am happy to tour.
